Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Fibertek RX-485-13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Anderson-Negele products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--R-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Potter product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Anderson-Negele such as the NSK3580800OIH90M12EPS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X20AO2622 manufactured by B--R-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most B--R-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CGB3878005M by Manufacturer Potter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Analog-Devices Brand 719161501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Analogic such as AN240010X equipment made by Analogic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analogic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analogic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IP15IA7TC3 made by American-Industrial as well as the popular 115762 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DT4110FB0 by Amk and AN240010X spares by Analogic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3B01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Analog-Devices.
